PRINCIPALS

PETER M. KELLOGG, PRESIDENT & CEO

Peter Kellogg's extensive background and management experience in both the private and non-profit sectors bring a wide range of expertise and understanding to each client. He is recognized as a national leader in strategic planning and major gift development.

Corporate headquarters for The Kellogg Organization, Inc. are located in Denver, Colorado, with regional presence in Norfolk, Virginia and San Francisco, California.

Mr. Kellogg, who founded the firm in 1981, is personally dedicated to the philosophy of philanthropy and for many years served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Giving Institute, formerly the American Association of Fund-Raising Counsel, Inc., and the Giving USA Foundation - publisher of Giving USA. As President and CEO, he and his staff have researched, strategized, and managed over 400 separate capital, endowment, and annual campaigns for a variety of non-profit organizations in 28 states and four foreign countries. Mr. Kellogg's leadership and guidance—in collaboration with the dedicated volunteers representing these institutions—have resulted in over $1.5 billion dollars of achieved goals with public and private sector charitable contributions.

Recent projects include: Campaign Implementation of the US portion of the L36,000,000UK ($72mmUS) Campaign for the Renewal of St. Martin-in-the-Fields, Trafalgar Square, London; Feasibility Study and Campaign Implementation for a $125mm Capital, Endowment and Program Campaign for the African Wildlife Foundation; and an Assessment Study and Campaign Implementation for a $225mm Campaign for Conservation International, both headquartered in Washington, D.C.; $55mm Feasibility Study and Campaign Master Plan for The Montpelier Foundation in Montpelier Station, VA; $65mm Comprehensive Annual, Capital and Endowment Feasibility Study and Campaign Implementation for Virginia Wesleyan College in Norfolk, VA; $22mm Feasibility Study and Capital Campaign Implementation Plan for The Santa Barbara Bowl Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA; Feasibility Study and Campaign Implementation for a $30mm Capital Campaign for the new USS Monitor Center at The Mariners' Museum in Newport News, Virginia; Feasibility Study and Campaign Implementation for a $225mm Fine Arts Grounds Project for the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Mr. Kellogg and his wife, Marne, live in Denver and on their Colorado ranch. He has two sons: Maj. Hunter R. Kellogg, USMC, Aviator, his wife Courtney and their children, Duncan and Delaney; and Peter M. Kellogg II. Mr. Kellogg is a former member of the Vestry of St. John's Cathedral, Denver.


MARNE DAVIS KELLOGG, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Marne Davis Kellogg specializes in campaign communications and marketing. She creates and oversees the development of the distinctive campaign support materials for which The Kellogg Organization is known, and designs each project's major gift cultivation and campaign special events strategies. Most recent projects include the American Classic Campaign for the Santa Barbara Bowl Foundation; BRAVO!, The Campaign for the Arts of Collin County; and Changing Lives, The Campaign for the Denver Rescue Mission.

In addition to serving as Executive Vice President of The Kellogg Organization, Inc., she is a best-selling author—www.marnedaviskellogg.com. She has written 10 novels, including the international bestselling series of adventures about jewel thief Kick Keswick: BRILLIANT, PRICELESS, PERFECT and FRIENDS IN HIGH PLACES.

Mrs. Kellogg serves as Chairman of the Advisory Committee for the National Western Stockshow & Rodeo's Citizen of the West Award Dinner.
